Girl behind desk loudly talking about they don’t know why we tried to order large instead of medium because they haven’t sold large for 5 years (my first time at costa so I don’t know!) talking to man behind the desk who was on his phone. handed me drink without putting the lid on propperly, so spilt all down my new white jumper. As I was cleaning myself up she asked what did I need, I said nothing thank you the lid wasn’t on propperly, and she turned her back to me and said the most sarcastic ‘sorry’ I’ve ever heard and nothing else. 0...

Always visit this coasta when passing or in the area. So much so that Sam in particular gives fantastic customer service and is a credit to the team. He always remembers me and my drink preferences and always greets me with a smile. The store environment is always pleasant and clean. My only negative is that the toilets could do with an upgrade. Looking quite tired.

Since when did Costa stop serving large Caramel Latte? Or is it that the staff do not know what drinks they serve only asking as when ordered my usual drink we was refused it and the guy serving just kept saying we don't do large Caramel Lattes and would not listen to us. Never been told this before so train your staff to know there drinks before letting them loose on serving...
