The restaurants food was tasty and served hot. Having seen a few reviews of the venue referring to slow service we were worried when the restaurant told us they'd just sat a table of 18 down before us. However, it should be noted that slow service didn't feature in our experience as the food was served quickly by the polite and well-mannered waiting staff. The madras I ate was, in my opinion, perfectly balanced in terms of spice and reasonably well-flavoured. My partner's food was equally flavoured although she did note she'd have preffered it slightly spicier. We particularly enjoyed the samosas (meat and veg), mushroom fried rice and peshwari naan. Really disappointed, called up for a home delivery and it wasn’t the usual guy who answered (who is a very courteous) but a very rude disinterested chap who it seemed I was taking up his time ordering. I was on the verge of putting the phone down but thought no I’ll go through with it. Not even a thank you for your order at the end of the call. Food arrived, delivery driver friendly and courteous no prob here. Unpacked food and have to say the curry was terrible, no flavour, and very watery. I would have rung up and complained but thought no point as if I got the rude disinterested chap I ordered from nothing would be done. Sorry to say I won’t be returning here again.
