Would’ve given 0 for service if there was the option. Ordered food and drinks via the QR code on the app, took ages but food eventually came but only half our drinks. No glass for refill so I had to ask, we’d also ordered 3 teas, but these never arrived so we had to go up and queue for ages. By the time we received them we had already eaten our food. No apologies or anything. When we left there was a stand to buy refillable cups to use throughout the park so I went to buy 2 as they were on offer. The card machine didn’t work so the colleague on the stand had to radio for her “food and beverages” manager, he came and took forever to fix it but whilst we waited I explained to him the issue we had with the teas which he knew about, and said that i must’ve ordered it to the wrong restaurant. I was shocked at the blame and asked if that were the case how come the food I ordered on the same order, came to the right place? Suffice to say I didn’t get an answer. Waiting for the card machine to be fixed was taking forever so I asked if my mum waited with him while I went and filled the cups to save time. But I was told I couldn’t do that as I hadn’t paid for them yet?? Then when it finally worked I had to wait another further 10-15 minutes just for the receipt to prove when I went to get my drinks that I had indeed paid for it. I don’t remember the name of the food and beverages manager, but he was appalling and had no customer service...

We ordered 2 adult meals (chicken kebabs) and 1 kids meal using the QR codes on the table as the queue was huge. The drinks arrived for the adults but nothing for our son. We gave it a couple of minutes but it still didn't turn up so we then had to try and get past the queue to get the missing drink.

The food came out after not too long but this time, it was my meal that didn't arrive. This time it was my meal that didn't come out. A few minutes passed and still nothing so, again, we had to hunt down a member of staff to chase it up. A few minutes later, a member of staff came to the table and asked what we ordered 🤦🏻 Evidently they had totally screwed up the order and hadn't done mine. At about 10 minutes, the food finally arrived, just as my wife and son were nearly finished and the member of staff just plonked it on the table, no apology or acknowledgement of the balls up given. When it did arrive, it wasn't very warm. Neither of our kebabs were very pleasant as the peppers were quite soggy, the bread was dry and the whole meal was not hot.

While I can appreciate that it was the school holidays and it was quite busy, the restaurant wasn't at capacity and other establishments can deal with a large number of customers so it shouldn't be hard to get orders right and have better quality food, especially as it came to £58!!!

Prices are extremely high, especially for what you receive. Refillable hot and cold drinks £4.50 each. The coffee was quite bitter and unpleasant, the original coke was flavourless, tasted off and when it's better out of a can, you know something is off.

The Full English Breakfast was okay. Sausage and bacon were okay enough (though only one sausage), as we the other ingredients were okay, although the toast was like a brick, despite not being burnt. The taste and texture implied the food had been sat there in a warmer for some time, or reheated.

I asked for brown sauce, was told where the sauces were. Plunger sauce containers and pots. Two ketchups, a mayonnaise, and a Barbeque, but no brown sauce.

The blueberry and maple syrup pancakes. The pancakes were very thin and really dry, barely any maple syrup, and the blueberries were sour.

Two average to sub-average meals and two sub-average refillable drinks, all overpriced. It's like someone stole my money and took a dump in my mouth.

The service/staff were okay, and atmosphere was relaxed, though it was early and quite.
