Barmouth Kebab & Pizza House — Restaurant in Barmouth

Just went in to order some food. I was after just meat.

The staff came across as very rude. I brushed it off as they had a bad day. But I asked if there was anything you could do so I could have just meat, and I was dressed down. If I were hungry I would have ordered loads.

Clearly, they don't need money. I would have charged someone a regular price when they only wanted meat.

I've just noticed that the is a common theme with their customer service. I'm not the only one.

Haven't tried the food, but everyone uses the 'kebab shop' as a point of reference for those looking for the beginning of the walk path for the hills next to Barmouth town. Trekking tip: Take the small road by the kebab towards to the hill, then the path going left and up which is the beginning of your walk. The path splits left towards the church and right. Both routes take you to the top. Useful: If you can, please sticj to the official routes. It is not only safer, but does not disturb the sheep and destroy the flora...

Found out it was cash only after ordering, but they gave directions to the cashpoint which was close by and prepared my order whilst they waited for me to return to pay. As a small business I can appreciate why cash only and half expected them not to prepare order until I returned, but they did. Tasty doner kebab, chips and onion rings.
