Isis Pizzeria — Restaurant in Barmouth

All pizzas were the same size, which was fine, not sure what size it was, but the base was very thin, which was expected as I was told that all bases are made to order. The chef makes them there and then!

I heard a man ask if they had any menus and he was firmly told "Yes, but I'm not bringing one out, they blow away!" And he walked off.

My friend had a seafood pizza which she thoroughly enjoyed, mine on the other hand tasted a bit "well done" underneath every now and then.

The drinks Water and a Pepsi or a Coke sorry I don't remember. What I do remember is that both drinks were only just colder than room temperature and by the end of the meal were warm!

I've just asked my friend about her opinion on the place and she said "You felt they were doing you a favour in letting you eat there"

It should've been a nice atmosphere, you're sat outside under a parasol next to the harbour, the sun is out, the sky is blue and cloudless, the tide is in, the boats are bobbing about, but no. You...

This is an amazing restaurant in an amazing location. Good menu of pizzas, burgers, paninis, baguettes, wraps, potatoes.

We ate here twice while in the area because the food was so good (and service)

I had pizza both visits (Chorizo & hot honey / Goats cheese) and the dough was really really good. Plenty of toppings and the tomato sauce was excellent. (I took away some of the pizza and reheated it in the microwave in our accommodation and it was nearly as good as it was in the restaurant - which is always a good sign of a quality pizza dough)

My wife had the cod goujon ciabatta which was also very good. Perfectly breaded flaky cod and not greasy at all.

The portion of dough balls were also lovely. Big and doughy with lots of lovely garlic butter to dip in.

This might look like just another restaurant in a beach town but I highly recommend the food here, and we'll definitely be back next time we're...

I've dedicated around 3 years of my life to working with food as a job and mainly pizza. This place was without a doubt a cherry on top of our stay at barmouth! Its some lovely pizza with cheese around the whole pie, not too greasy and just right with the toppings. I was affraid from pictures that were uploaded for this place for the lack of cheese on the pizzas was not enough and barely any near the crust but i was pleasantly surprised with what we've recieved. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone who loves a thin based nice and chewy dough, with some tangy well seasoned sauce and good amounth of cheese and toppings.

Although i would of loved to get more that 3 pieces of calamary for the price, but even that. In panco crubs was delicious!!

I've had a wonderful experience with this place.
