I came here for a walk and to explore the harbour which is very nice on a sunny day. I had the double honey clotted cream ice cream with a cone, came to £4.50 - it was very good, although a little pricey. My partner has a jacket potato, with extra cheese. Well presented and lots of filling. The garnish on the side was also good. Great service from the staff and the outside seating area on the patio is such a great view. Well worth the visit!.

Lovely little cafe in Barmouth. As we were wandering the promenade for somewhere to stop for a bite to eat, we noticed a very comprehensive vegan menu which was more than most places had to offer! We ordered ham and cheese paninis and a vegan kids meal for our toddler. Service was great with friendly, helpful staff and the food was as expected. Perfect little cafe on the beach.

Came here for a quick drink and an ice cream for my toddler. We sat on the terrace at the rear overlooking the beach. Ordered inside and they brought it all to our table. Had a very reasonably priced pint of beer, and decided to share a Belgium waffle. Food was very quick and the beer was nice and cold. We would of stayed longer but had to drive back hone

Enjoyed a lovely day in Barmouth and then we made the mistake of stopping for food at the Bath House. We queued for 25 minutes to order food, we then waited approx 50 minutes and food hadn’t arrived for two of our group, they asked when their order was likely to be ready, they were then accused by both the waitress and the owner of lying about not receiving their food, It appeared that the owner was accusing me (as I was on the adjacent table) of eating my Cheese Panini as well as the ā€˜missing two cheese panini’s’ my friends ordered, the staggering part was not that something clearly went wrong with the order but it was the aggressive nature of the owner who I thought at several points was going to get violent with my friends. He only appeared to calm down slightly when I took over all the empty polystyrene food trays from our table and only one was panini shaped, the queuing customers also probably played a part in his temperament. At no point did they offer a refund and simply stated that we were lying. They eventually offered to cook the food again (albeit for the benefit of the queuing customers) but I don’t think anyone would eat food prepared by someone as angry as he was. Please don’t visit this establishment there are many far better cafes in this lovely town. I took several pictures while we were at the Bath House but unfortunately none captured the missing food or the culprits who benefited from the free food, however the owner benefited from the Ā£13 we spent, just for the sake of it I took a picture of the meal deal we purchased from the CooP 10 minutes...

Purchased 2 icecreams and a drink from the bath house , also purchased a lobster from the lobster pot around the corner before hand , I had asked the woman who served us at the till if it was okay for me to eat the meal I bought from the lobster pot , to which she said yes. Once the ice-creams were eaten and the paroni I purchased was almost finished the owner came out and politely asked me to leave and stated that they would never alow food purchased from else where to be eaten at their establishment which is totally fair enough , but I had asked before hand so I'd have appreciated knowing if I could or couldn't have before I sat down to eat. I was told I could so I did and then told I could not. Despite that the atmosphere and service was very welcoming.

I'll visit again next time I come to Barmouth and I promise not to eat lobster at the bath house again.

I do recomend the lobster pot for food though very tasty šŸ˜‹

Both meals were for me , I orders a full lobster but lobster pot only gave me half so I went back for the other half to which they gave me 2 meals, my partner dosnt eat lobster especially one which costs £50 lol, I don't pick at food i destroy it.

When you came out you was not very clear in what you were trying to tell me, you seemed quite nervous and quiet so I couldn't quite hear you maby communicate with customers more clearly to prevent any miss understanding. I think a 3 start review was quite fair for my over...

Absolutely disgrace of a business! Poor management! Rude staff! Shocking service! Wouldn't go there again even if someone paid me!

Response from the owner You were not a customer. But you are a rude uncaring individual who ties bags of rubish to my commercial bins instead of putting the rubish in council supplied bins. Then you carry on and verbally abuse me for your actions. Please put your rubish where it belongs.

I spent all day in these high winds picking up rubish that wasn't even from my customers leaving my bins and around my business nice and tidy. Then you come along.

Actually I was a paying customer with several witnesses. This is an example of Poor Management again. As clearly doesn't like to admit that they are in the wrong! So makes up lies to try and help his business. And to make out the he has been wronged.

If there is CCTV then you can see that we never received our meal that we paid for. As we waited...
