Shame to have to give 1 star as the food was nice and the service was spot on. What spoilt it was the bill. As it was 2 adults and 2 kids with kid meals. We went out for the eat out help out. And should get a discount . After getting our bill for £84 total. £64 with the discount we was shocked. As we worked it out on the menu at £66 total and £36 with the discount after questioning it he was acting daft and adding numbers into his calculator to try make the numbers up that what they made up then just said oh sorry your right we ow you £15. Witch is still a lie but we had kids and was late so couldn't be bothered to wait. But they new what they was doing with the billing. So double check your bill and I will be going to the government who deal with the eat out to help out as they have scammed me and I'm sure many other... as they will get full price that people pay. Plus the money off the government.. its wrong shame on you....

Service and attitude of staff was unbelievably very poor. Went last night and ended up walking out . Table weren’t ready, had to squeeze 10 onto a table for 8, After 20 mins of taking our drinks order we got 7 out of 10 drinks. The other 3 drinks came 20 mins later after already being told twice about not receiving all our order. Ordered poppadoms on arrival at 6 and still not arrived 45 mins later, yer people arriving after us were eating theirs. I went up after 40 mins of being sat down and said to management I hope service is going to better for the rest of the evening. Finally someone came to take our main order to be told they couldn’t split bill into two separate ones, we couldn’t have the deal that was advertised on their website. Came here for Christmas dinner 2023. Was booked for 4pm and at 4.45 we were still queuing outside in the cold. People were having to get really loud to get their deposits back as they had enough. We waited and eventually got seated 1 hour late. When the food came me and my wife had traditional and my son and partner had Indian. The traditional consisted of boiled potatoes, Cadbury smash potato with a consistency of soup. Literally 3 carrots and turkey. There was no greens, no stuffing, no pigs in blankets, no sauces and the Christmas pudding was in fact chocolate cake with custard. My son says the Indian was nothing like previous years and the meal was not very good and he couldn't eat the garlic naan as. It was way too strong. This is the worst Christmas dinner ever.
