Greggs — Restaurant in Barnsley

Called for some petrol and nipped in to Greggs for a snack. Wish I had not bothered two hot sausage rolls a steak bake plus a coffee.that should set me up for the day .I moved my vehicle from the petrol pumps and parked up looking forward to my snack. The sausage rolls were not even luke warm as was the steak bake usually you burn your mouth on the steak bake in other outlets. Put the sugar in my coffee and could not get the lid back on obviously I would fail the Krypton factor task

Best Greggs I go in- but not enough staff to serve at busy times so long queue, this is busiest Greggs I know of at peak times, better to go in between breakfast and lunch times if possible and avoid the rush. Staff are very friendly - but were only willing to make me a tuna crunch sandwich on seeded bread rather than plain bread even though they had both (I have a seed allergy) because there wasn't a button for it on till - ???? - so had to have a doughnut instead for lunch! Noticed they were selling a dairy product marked as non dairy, advised that this could be fatal to allergen sufferers, staff did not seem bothered and continued to display a dairy product as non dairy, this can kill people and should be taken more seriously. This is illegal and against trading and consumer standards, this has been brought up with the council and Greggs...
