So let's begin. Because of the Covid19 there are social distancing rules in place everywhere but this place is a joke, I'll explain. Comming from the direction of Subway fastfood you follow the arrows set by the mall management, one way and you get to McDonalds. Because of the "smart" manager from Mcdonalds that organised their own space the only option to get to the ordering screens is to actually break the 2m rule and pass through the lot of ppl waiting for their orders in front of the serving desk. If by any chance you go straight to the ordering screen you will be sent all the way arround, again pass through the bunch off ppl waiting for their orders even if you were already there and no other ppl were queing to place their order at the screens. I'm sry for the poor little girl that's supposed to organise all that but just to make someone go out and arround when they already there defeats the purpose of actually keeping the distance and keeping ppl safe. So use your common sense McDonalds ppl or ask for advice if you can't figure it out by yourselves but don't put your rules in place that actually break social distancing rules. Will be reporting this to the Mall management...
Read moreI am writing to you in concern because I fear that you are selling invisible food and haven't declared this. My just eat order was missing items, and were different on the hard copy receipt to the just eat one. So, there must also be a Ninja in your work place changing people's orders too.
In all seriousness. My son didn't get his cheese burger or chips. We didn't get the free chicken nuggets when you spend £15 I didn't get the 10 SWEET CURRY DIPS (I ordered this many so you couldn't miss them but you still didn't send any!) (and on my receipt, someone changed them to sweet and sour but didn't get them either) To top it off I had no flake in my "chocolate flake McFlurry." I also received no straws, spoons or napkins
How? Please tell me HOW this has been got so wrong!?
I understand you're busy. I get that it's probably a peak time and it's a Friday. But how can you send an order out like this!? Honestly, it's the worst customer service I've ever had!
So disappointed!
P.s I have taken this up with just eat but it's not their fault that you can't cook and bag up...
Read moreOrdered a double cheese burger for a quick snack as I wasn't feeling very well. I stood by watching a female manager package up food and line it up in the kitchen instead of handing it out herself, pushing it further along the counter to the point the bags were almost falling off the other end of the counter... After she packed all the orders she then kept whipping out her phone and scrolling through it while 5+ orders sat there bagged up and ready to go while we all had to wait for a member of staff to become available to hand the food out... Manager obviously felt too important to give the food out herself. I asked for a refund, and was offered a fresh burger but honestly I'm so sick of McDonald's and their joke service at inflated prices I just wanted my money back so she slammed the cash in my hand without saying a word. At one point 2 managers were hanging out of the kitchen both on their phones while the que of ready to hand out food just sat there. Total joke and sick of this sort of pathetic service...
