Neds Noodle Bar — Restaurant in Basildon

Ordered a take away last time chicken malaysian and ask for no rice only the curry and went home to find some sort of sauce in my take away. Came back a week later and spoken to the manager and he couldn't understand what went wrong. Managed to explain to him and he talked to his staff and said we will settle it next time.

Went in today to settle it down. The manager said i can't order anything else to settle my £12.50 i have to order the exact same thing even though i don't want it. He can't take another order and deduct tge £12.50

What a joke. They made a mistake and don't even remember it this time when i came . I had to explain everything yet again and he can't remember non of it. What kind of manager that is!

I honestly wish I could give no stars! I used to love this place, haven’t had it for years and came across it on Uber eats, just wasted £36.

The food is absolutely disgusting and completely inedible! Stinks of old dirty oil and by the colour of the prawn toast I can tell the oil is old! The vegetable spring rolls are like stale old biscuits and the chicken in the rice box is icelands frozen chicken that I feed my dogs and it smells like sick. The sweet and sour used to be an orange colour now it’s disgusting - not to mention it has a hair in it! I feel sick and have stomach cramps after eating a small amount. The service was good the woman was attentive and patient. However the food, sigh the food. I ordered a yakisoba vegetable egg noodle dish and it tasted okay but a couple hours later I have been bed ridden. Experiencing a bad stomach ache and a lot of nausea and gas. I haven’t been able to start farting since I ate from there. Started having discomfort and diarrhoea early in the morning. My partner didn’t eat none and they were okay. Won’t be going back cause if I get food poisoning from a vegetable dish then you know something bad is going on. Will be calling manager later on today to...
