Muffin Break — Restaurant in Basildon

Ordered a caramel coffee instead was delivered a bacon and egg roll delivery driver seemed apologetic and said they would return to restaurant collect my coffee and return I waited over 30mins nobody returned so I had to order from Starbucks instead in future this is what I will do as this isn't the first occaision they have messed up an order and made no effort to amend. When you call the restaurant you are greated by there "full" inbox which doesn't allow you to leave any messages. I feel for the people who's order I was delivered as I tried to get the driver to take it back so it could be taken to the right people the driver refused only blaming the restaurant for the mistake with the orders. Very disappointed in this cafe as I’m now home feeling very unwell. Found this place on google and the reviews were good and the photos of the wraps looked amazing so we came here for lunch. We waited 30 mins for a iced coffee, smoothie, panini which came burnt and my tuna crunch wrap which was not like the photos nor in the fridge displayed at the front of the shop. You are given table numbers and the waiter was walking around asking if this was your food and drink in which it wasn’t. My wrap came hot which I didn’t ask for and looked hardly filled and squished. The taste was not nice but I ate because of being so hungry, I hugely regret this because 20 minutes later I had stomach pains and a very bad stomach in the middle of town. Waited to be served, they were busy. Put in my order, paid and was told to sit down. I noticed the table we sat at was dirty and when the male came out to clear tables I saw he wasnt cleaning them so I asked that he did. After about 20 minutes I noticed people who came in after me were being given their order. I asked where my simple black coffee was. Not one member of staff would admit they had taken my order. I told them it was the man but they just blamed each other for not doing it. By this time I wanted my money back but was offered only a free muffin.
