Starbucks — Restaurant in Basildon

This has become a chill out hub for me and my family. The staff are friendly. And Starbucks doesn’t need any introduction. They serve lovely range from frappes to ice coffees to hot coffees & hot chocolate with whipped cream. And if you haven’t tried their Chai Latte then you know what to order next time you go to Starbucks. It’s good to have a starbucks in Basildon which is open till late. Slow … extremely slow. This is the worst starbucks I’ve been to. No smiles, poor service. Only good thing is that it’s newish so slightly a cleaner. Even then they need to be cleaning the tables more. It’s a shame because this Starbucks could have so much potential. Please retrain your staff to provide a good customer service and at least smile! And train them to be quicker at serving customers or at least acknowledging...

Despite only having 2 people ahead of me and only ordering 2 drinks, the service was painfully slow. The staff don't seem to be organised very well, and I don't think they care to change either.
