Order placed 6:40, app says food was delivered 7:49 - so over an hour between order and "delivery". However I didn't get a delivery, I was standing by the door waiting for the driver as I was tracking him on the app. Called the store numerous times before someone picked up, the person I spoke couldn't seem to understand that the delivery was made to the wrong address, eventually I was told the driver would be with me in 15/20 min, so I waited. At 8:20 started calling again, this time I spoke to Cameron, who apologized and said a new order would be placed and would be with me in 30/45 min - What a JOKE!!! After 45 minutes, started calling again, no answer, took 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. This time spoke to Oliver who informed that my replacement order had not been placed and asked me if I wanted him to place the order again ( by this time it's 9:30pm) I gave up and cancelled the order and asked for refund, let's just hope they don't forget...
Read morePreordered a pizza 8.5 hours early to ensure it arrived on time, I had to call multiple times to ask where the food was and was lied to on each occasion (when the actually answered the phone) as it never arrived when promised. finally to store manager Anil told me the drive had left the building with my pizza 45 minutes ago (we had now been waiting 2 hours for the pizzas). I told him I would not accept cold food, he offered to make me a new order in a further 45 minutes by which time the food would have been nearly 3 hours late and arriving at 11pm. Order cancelled, food never received. Worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid this shop at all costs, they take on more orders than they can actually produce. Read moreIm not sure what has happened to this store as the staff used to be helpful and it was well priced. Its now ludicrously expensive and there is no customer service. They dont do half and half now for some reason but i didn't think it would be particularly difficult or unreasonable to simply ask that they only put toppings on one half and leave the other half plain but oh no that's a half and half which they don't do now. "Can't you just stop adding toppings when you get to the middle point it doesnt have to be exact" to be told "no" because that's half and half which we don't do now. "Can I just ask the guy making it as he's only stood there" to be told he won't be allowed to do that. Where's the customer service or common sense? Not here...
