Domino's Pizza - Worksop — Restaurant in Bassetlaw

Absolutely terrible. Genuinely appalled at the level of service. I ordered from my local branch, through the app at 11am for collection at 9pm. All done, all paid.

Arrive for collection after a long shift in the NHS, but no dough so no pizza. Two hours before closing on Father’s Day! So, despite having paid in full ten hours before, and knowing that I’d be coming for it, Domino’s left me with nothing.

The manager turned a bad situation into a worse one. Simply not interested in trying to resolve, or take any responsibility, for what should have been an avoidable situation. No empathy, no culpability, and then starts accusations of aggression at the expressed frustration and incredulity at such poor service. I didn’t expect Gaslighting when I put in my Domino’s order. We collected a pizza from here as we had a voucher from buying something online. We had the Texas BBQ. The price of the pizza was twenty pounds and we had to pay an extra 1.99 towards it as the voucher wasn’t enough. Well what can I say are people mad!! The place was heaving. The pizza was lukewarm, the chicken was like cheap quality sandwich chicken you buy from Iceland for 99p. There were loads of big bubbles in the dough so no toppings at all on those bits. We were so disappointed we wouldn’t even have paid 1.99 for it and gave our second voucher away. Get yourselves a high end pizza from the supermarket like sainsburys for a quarter of the price. The ingredients are far superior and it will be tasty and hot fresh...

Not impressed. Service and quality of food has really gone downhill lately. Ordered online to collect, it was ready when we arrived but lots of staff just standing around while someone else ordered their food, instead of handing over our pizzas, so they were lukewarm by the time we got them home. Toppings so sparse - hardly any cheese, tomato sauce so thinly spread you couldn't actually tell it was tomato sauce as it was overcooked and brown.
