Heavy handed stacy had no care when making the food. Burnt both subways we asked for (cheese was black) and she only put 2 pieces of ham on a ham sub (instead of 4) so undercut me. Forgot to use our subcard, asked if she could give us a receipt to put the points on online. Refused, and said "I'm not doing that". She also referred us to go to tellsubway to put the points on, I don't think she knows what tellsubway is. On the otherhand, Amy was helpful but she finished her shift was unable to help with out subcard points. When I asked for a rainbow cookie, she said "No" instead of just saying we dont have any left. Generally poor service and slow and served 3 people who came in after me while I was at the till. Normally good service, but this has been the worst to date.

When my wife and I went to order we were told we couldn't have our sandwiches toasted or that certain items weren't available as they were closing early. I chose not to purchase anything because of the poor customer service. When I wanted to order food, I was refused on the grounds that I work for Uber and that I don't she is allowed to serve me. this is not true. and on her shift the waiting time increased to 20 minutes. when you ask details about your order she tells you to cancel it as she is busy and has no time to place your order.
