Appalling Service and Disturbing Hygiene Practices
My recent visit to KFC in Worksop left me utterly appalled by the service and deeply concerned about the hygiene practices within the establishment. Not only did the staff fail to process my order, but I also witnessed the manager engaging in unacceptable behavior.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked the necessary skills and training to handle customer orders efficiently. Despite their best efforts, my order remained unprocessed, and the manager claimed their inability to assist. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and shows a severe disregard for customer satisfaction.
However, the most disturbing incident I witnessed was when the manager dropped chicken pieces on the floor and instead of properly disposing of them, they callously kicked them under the counters. Such blatant disregard for hygiene and food safety is both shocking and deeply concerning. It raises serious questions about the overall cleanliness and standards maintained by the establishment.
In addition to the unsanitary incident, the lack of accountability and solution-oriented approach from the manager further compounded my disappointment. The inability to process orders and the manager's refusal to address the issue adequately is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better from a well-known fast-food chain like KFC.
Considering the incompetence, unhygienic practices, and lack of managerial responsibility, I strongly advise against visiting KFC in Worksop. The service and hygiene concerns I encountered during my visit reflect a failure in training, supervision, and overall management. It is imperative that the necessary actions are taken to rectify these issues promptly to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of future customers.
I sincerely hope that the management takes these matters seriously and implements the necessary improvements. Until then, it would be best to explore other dining options to avoid the disappointment, frustration, and potential health risks associated with this particular KFC...

However the drive through was a different experience altogether . No hello no thankyou..infact when paying & actually handing our food over there was no eye contact no words no nothing ...just silence & shutting the windows on us 3 times . We ordered 4 boneless banquets with Pepsi in total £40 When we got it home & opened it up it was just chucked in 4 separate bags ...no boxes . The chicken in two of the bags were in pieces & broken up, they forgot the fries in two of the meals ..the ones that had fries were upside down & just fallen in the big bag & they forgot all 4 gravys that come with the meal..no sauces either . The Pepsi's didn't even have Ice & they were flat & warm We were hugely disappointed as I tried to call 3 times immediately as there wasn't a receipt in the bag so I wanted to inform them straight away...but no answer either I'm not sure what the problem was with the staff on the drive through yesterday at 1.15pm but the service, presentation & detail to providing us with the correct items in our meal box was very very poor Come on guys you can do better than...

I’ve gone through the drive through to order using an app reward I get to the front after waiting 25 minutes as it’s fully busy normal as I arrive at 8 pm I then get to the front and. They tell me the system is down I can’t scan the app so no solution was offered so I asked myself if I went inside if they could try scan the app they said yeah you can try . I then go in and it works but I’m given a new ticket number , expecting to then have someone go get my order in then waiting again 30 minutes inside horribld customer service I explain I’m upset and want to do a complaint he says we follow the orders on the screen … how rude I’ve gone through drive through yous have a problem on the system I then leave my car to come inside and I’m pushed to the back of the Que any other hospitality restaurant would of grabbed my order and given straight as I already waited outside .
