Took my car to Bath for service and MOT. While I waited for the car I took a walk to find some food. Came across The Archway Cafe. From the outside it does not look much of a cafe. Went inside, a small area where you ordered takeaway or sit in. Went into the seating area and boy did it open up. A bit like the Tardis, a room with several tables then another room with loads more tables. Food was good though I thought a little bit pricy, £9 for 2 sausage 2 bacon 1 egg beans tomato 2 slices of bread of which 1 was toasted, and a cup of coffee. All tasted great. Read moreThis place is a true hidden gem! It looks tiny from the front, but it opens out to fill two of the railway arches. The decor is surprisingly cozy and retro, and the staff are really friendly. We always have the large breakfast, which is really nice and incredibly filling. They have lots of stuff pre-preped so the food comes out really quickly, even when they are very busy. This is our favourite thing about them, as we are often in a hurry. Well...

For example, removing tomatos on the breakfast for an extra sausage or piece of bacon was offered. Although, eating in was somewhat tight, the atmosphere of the restaunt was very nice with it also being very clean l. The food was cooked to perfection and was served very swiftly causing an enjoyable experience overall....
