One star for the food truck that was there, who were happy to serve us and wanted our money. Photo of food but no photos of drinks? Unfortunately, the bar staff or person was too busy chatting away to his mates at the bar serving them one by one to take notice of us and the growing queue forming. Waited 15 minutes (during this time he only served two pints), wasn’t even acknowledged, in the end we didn’t want the food we ordered to go cold so we walked away empty handed. Maybe he didn’t care about us? We had money to spend as we went there specifically for drinks and food but only managed to purchase the latter. Or maybe he thought we weren’t cool enough to be served, or maybe he just didn’t like serving non-whites… we’ll never know.

After heading out of Bath on the X39 bus to visit the brewery to discover that the Taproom wasn't open until Thursday even though the Brewery was open. The helpful chap explained that Google couldn't easily differentiate between business hours and taproom hours. Plus if walking down Osbourne Road, you can't hop over the wall but have to take the long way round ie through the main entrance to the industrial estate. Anyway I bought some tinnies and am enjoying one on the train home! NB the Taproom hours are on one of my photos.

Beer is amazing and atmosphere used to be great. I last came 12 months ago and vowed never to set foot in the place again as it had turned into a cresh for owners friends. children everywhere running wild. Gave it another go tonight but alas giant genga bricks all over floor and gangs of children running around and screaming. on a better note Japanese street food was good and the Tangereen pale ale awesome. Decent music once you could hear it over the kids. non of the old school Camera people here anymore.

The range of the Beers you produce is much large than that of any "local" breweries i have seen before, and it has changed since i first discovered you guys about a month ago. The beers all taste amazing and no 2 are the same, or even similar. I particularly enjoy the Belgian IPA, and another spanner in the works. Which for a session IPA, is a high, but perfect level of alcohol.

As for the service, i have made two orders so far, and both have been dealt with very well. The first was a click and collect and it was ready within an hour and a half and was correct (which is very unusual). The second was a home delivery order, which i wasn't expecting for 3-5 days because i live outside the local delivery area. However i ordered it, and one of your excellent delivery drivers delivered it next day, and was very knowledgable about the beers. I noticed a review from someone who was turned down a delivery job, and was complaining about the reasons he was turned down, one of which was he didn't drink craft beers, and i must say that the delivery driver i had today was a credit to the company, and was very in the know about the beers which tops off the entire experience of buying from you. An experience which is already very enjoyable.

I will continue to support this local brewery, and i look forward to trying more of the beers to come...

While I love to support local business, I can't support this particular business. Me and a group of friends went in for their 1st anniversary party and ordered a pint of their birthday special. The bartender said they only serve it in half pints. Me, assuming it was because they didn't want to run out, was fine with that. I then however watched as the other bartender was pouring pints of that same beer. My friend asked why we couldn't have pints and she said that was because "they were rugby lads and they could handle it". This is just disgusting. I would have been fine if they served it to everyone the same way or, explained in a less sexist way that they recommend half pints and the other people were ignoring them. But no, it's because "I wouldn't be able to handle it." The other bartender then rudely and nearly shouting at me said "I can serve you two half pints if you want but I'll have to charge you £6", then actually shouting said "is there anything else?". I said no and left as soon as possible. Two stars because the beer was good, the service was the opposite. Will never go there again. I can get good beer from people who aren't...

Lucky enough to have had this taproom as my "local" for the last few years and it's been a pleasure to watch it become a flourishing local institution.

Online delivery & Pick-up is available and, while pricey compared to supermarket beers, you can guarantee these are fresh and interesting drinks, perfect for a treat.

Pub Quiz & special events are well run, inclusive and really add to the vibe of the place. Particularly enjoyed the 00s themed pub quiz... because we won! Hopefully they'll be showing the upcoming Women's World Cup.

Taproom is great, the beer is competitively priced for Bath but is truly delicious, and the likes of Tondo and (any of) the sours have become fast favourites. The weekly food trucks are always tasty and the variety keeps it interesting, I can really recommend the Sri Lankan stuff! If I had one gripe it'd be that there's not always a vegan option for food, which means I find it harder to drag my partner down on a Friday...

Lucky to have such good beer so locally and if you're in the area, especially during a warm summer evening, there aren't many better places to have a...
