Preordered a Sunday dinner with extra meat was charged £18 for it to come minus the ham & roast beef. It was cold too. Rang the shop to explain, the attitude of the girl on the phone left a lot to be desired. I was told the chef was adamant he put all 3 meats in the order. No customer service skills whatsoever! Will not be using again!

Have been several times to sit in and ordered via just eat @work now few times also..i just love the food and the variety of options..The box meal is hard to whack..also when delivery took just a tad longer than expected I informed just eat, and instantly had a call from delivery driver just to clarify address and arrived in minutes.

Love when they do specials. Wish they had some of them on the main menu. We did a burger box before which the wings weren't like what I saw advertised on their FB page. We asked for one of the burgers to not have any pickles, onions etc but both were plain where I enjoy pickles etc. We got chips with cheese sauce and bacon bits. The cheese sauce was abysmal although the chips were tasty. This didn't put me off as I assumed our bad service was down to them closing within a half an hour...

We tried to order online but the online discount didn't come off. We phoned up and asked why but the girls weren't sure (wasn't their fault). We ordered and paid the extra anyway, then we got phoned saying they didn't have some things. We were told to cancel the order because they couldn't but the website didn't let us. Had to wait on the manager phoning us who was a bit condescending. All in all, no discount, no food, no help and days to wait...

I have to say was pleasantly surprised with the 2 girls working the day I was in. Nothing was too much trouble for them & very friendly bubbly staff . The food was gorgeous & we didn't have to wait long . Not very often you get great staff & great food together nowadays . Never been before , my son took me for lunch but ill defo be back again. Credit were credits due girls well done. 5* your customer service...
