McDonald's — Restaurant in Belfast

Went in this morning, with my mask on, at 8:15 am. Washed my hands, as asked, then went to the appropriate order board and put in my breakfast order. As I turned to walk to the table I had designated (table 09) the lady who had let me in approached me. I stopped and she told me to sit at a table near the order board, table number 1.

I pointed out that I had put in table 9, she insisted that I sit at table 1. Once again I said that I was going to sit at table 9. As I said this I took a look around to see if there was a problem with seating....the place was empty !

She said that she had kept table 1 for me, a table that I never sit at. I said no. As she opened her mouth to talk and she gestured to the table behind her, I finally had enough. I told her to keep the bloody meal and walked off. At no time did I raise my voice. Up until the time I thought I had had enough I had been talking politely and respectfully and, even as I walked away, I still did not raise my voice.

Seriously annoyed by being lectured to as if I was a bad mannered child. Don’t use the place that often.....won’t be...

The worst service and shocking behaviour received from them. As soon as I got into there, one male and one female staff just standing at the door asked me whether it's a takeaway or table service. I wanted a table, then they asked me to wait until they have any table available. I saw if I wait there for a table, we will be placing order even later. There were lots of single high seats available although. So. I placed a takeaway order. I gave a very small order for my child as they were very busy, they took almost 20 minutes for it. Then my wife wanted to add just 2 burgers; as they were very busy, I was afraid to order more. Some female staff who was just standing in the front and occasionally wiping trays, misbehaved with me saying rudely 'don't stay in the doorway' while I was not obviously doing so, I just went there to tell her that my order number is not showing on the screen. Then another 25 minutes for those 2 burgers.

A staff of yours has been harassing me and my friends for no reason for months we have done nothing at all we look young but are 16 and she kicks us out for taking to long to eat. One of our friends eats slow as it makes her feel sick sometimes when she eats and having staff pressure us to eat faster isn't good. (Keep in mind she has an eating disorder ) so that makes her feel anxious when staff points out in front of people the staff we have problems with is ROSA she just picks on us when we don't do anything wrong and other customers mess around more than us. Please sort this out or I am taking it to Facebook and sharing because it's not right to feel like that when your paying to sit and eat in peace and instead we...
