Inflated prices like the airport. £6 for a grande coffee?!?! £1.50 dearer than normal branch. Doesn’t accept Starbucks app. Said you could use it to pay but not get stars, then they couldn’t work out how to use it. Drink not made right, the shaken espresso was not shaken. One shot of coffee with syrup pumped on top and the milk added. Syrup just sat at bottom through the whole drink.

Service was lovely but the prices are extortionate-I’f I’d have known I would’ve NEVER bought from this Starbucks given it’s £3 cheaper about 500 yards away -actually insulting this franchise - your poor staff having no customers and having to cancel orders when people realise is atrocious the cofffee below is £3.25 at gvs but here £5.75 that’s disgusting

Jessica made the best espresso I’ve had in ages. Her knowledge about coffee is admirable. Major respect for her professionalism and sweet personality.

Latte was substandard (and not extra hot as I asked) in comparison to other starbucks I have been to and I am a gold rewards member…the woman who served me, Olivia, was extremely rude. I asked if I could scan my app; had the barista simply said no sorry, or politely explained that it’s a different company, that would be absolutely fine, but she rolled her eyes and angrily said that she should put a sign up for the amount of times she gets asked to scan apps and that she was sick of explaining it to people. Ok not my problem get a different job then - I only asked once and don’t appreciate the vitriol given the price I am paying for my coffee 👍 won’t be back and will happily walk 2 mins to great victoria...

A polite young man served me during my visit to the kiosk, and although he was clearly under pressure, he maintained his professionalism. It was evident that he was working alone, which made the situation even more challenging, especially as some customers in the queue were being a bit cheeky with him. Despite this, he still provided excellent coffee and service. However, I do feel that management should take better care of their staff. If things don’t improve, it won’t be long before this hardworking young man loses his enthusiasm and starts...

I actually don’t mind paying £3.70 for a tall Americano if the quality is up there with the best of the best. My fourth visit and this kiosk is getting progressively worse. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of staff training or a total indifference towards the process of making a great cup of coffee? Weak, tasteless and not at all fresh. Staff are not welcoming or friendly. I would have preferred to have provided this feedback privately but could find no way of doing so. Hopefully I can delete or amend this review in the future if...
