Balti Raj — Restaurant in Birmingham

Amazing food as always, fantastic customer and delivery service. Very kind and polite, takes messages of food into account and prepares as requested. I have disabilities so I truly appreciate, staff's patience when delivering food. I feel guilty for constantly ordering from Balti Raj, I just can't stop. The food quality is amazing and honestly affordable. I have bought food from other restaurants, where the portion is just about enough for one person and everything is so expensive, that we have ended up going without food, at times. However, I have been grateful that we are getting something to eat and because of my grateful attitude. I have been blessed to remember about Balti Raj and we have been eating well since ordering from Balti Raj, Alhamdulillah. Delivery takes the piss. I ordered food from Uber Eats, whoever my delivery driver was, he was rude and arrogant. He received my address very clearly. The location I’m at has two postcodes: one ending 7sx and the other 7ss - both postcodes will get you at the same location. I called him to ask how long it would take, rudely he hang up by saying you should give me one postcode, without understanding that both postcodes are technically the same. He kept talking and don’t let me finish and explain him and he hung up two times while I wasn’t speaking. When he was outside, he was walking towards me, I was ringing him and noticed him, I waived I said is it you? He didn’t respond, I thought he might not have heard, I said it again, he ignored me. Don’t do delivery job if you don’t know how to get to a simple address and sorry to say but if the guy was even a bit friendly, I could have been a bit patient and understanding but it is his mistake and he shows...

Waste of my money and time. After two hours I got my order, with the impression that they would be quick a delivering with their quote “deliver within ten minutes.” I know that is unrealistic. But they shouldn’t have their customers under false advertisement. Had to call them seven times to see where my order was after saying it was delivered. Not only that I had to wait half an hour before it got delivered to my doorstep. I am fuming. Lack of quality in the curry, half cooked naan bread and to top that off, I am missing items. They had two hours to get that right. Not only does this “restaurant” lack communication skills, they are also run by a group of amateurs.
