All I tasted was tomato sauce in the Chicken fajita pasty; it was not pleasent nor I also didn’t taste any chicken inside of it, had puke when I bitten through…
I’ll advise that pizzas are needed to be cooked more longer to avoid cheese being undercooked as well as the pizza has being too saucy or not cooked throughly evenly at all.
I have seemed to received 4 Chicken Goujans instead of 5 from the original selection but overall the chicken was scrumptious, edible, and enjoyable to eat, very cooked through just how I like my chicken meat to be.
Sausage rolls are indeed yes ghastly, filled also overly with some kind of mystery processed meat, needs to be replaced with a luxury sausage then a regular depressed processing meat. I didn’t find it appetising to finish it all off at all.
For the potato wedges, needs to also be cooked more, just slightly so it’s not too soft or mushy. Overall it was quite edible to consume.
However, I understand the excuses for cutting costs for the tuna baguette has been a huge drastic downgrade, it’s upsetting, if you’re unable to keep the original recipes, it’s either not downgrade or remove the item at all, this is putting a huge loss either way. The sliced onions which is now considered are very insulting, especially for its original price too should be decreased.
I thinks it’s time for Greggs to improve more with the timers, and less on the laziness with ticking boxes. Timers should be adjusted 4-5 minutes accordingly for heat and consistency.
This should be taken seriously if you want to service highly with customer satisfaction. Your team needs to be adjusted strictly...

The manager admitted she was listening to the conversation from the start ..i told her she is in the wrong should have come straight away . I ain't gonna lie I told them both how I feel ..They BOTH should get fired . Apart them two employees I never had a problem with anyone else serving me or the past managers. Been going to that greeg since it opened the young gentleman was really nice he apologized twice even though wasn't his fault . I forgot to ask his name but bless him he was so sweet. I also thanked the young gentleman . Read moreJust come back from Greggs after experiencing awful customer service. The lady serving me firstly didn't even acknowledge me, just turned around and started chatting to her colleague. Then after what felt forever, she turns around and asks me what I want- making no eye contact whatsoever. Even as she asks me for the total, she refuses to make eye contact or even smile. It was as if she really didn't want to be serving me! I was too upset to say anything as I had my baby with me. But I still thanked her- some of us still use manners. She did not return the thanks btw! Although she was happy to serve the previous customer with friendly chatter and smiles so I know she's not incapable...hmmm perhaps because of my skin colour?
Very disappointed Gregg's, please re-train your staff again regarding treating every customer equally. We are in a lonely lockdown right down- some eye contact and a smile goes a long away.
*it was the small elderly lady...
