Big Chicken (hmc approved) — Restaurant in Birmingham

Big Chicken is getting worst day by day. In start they sell quality food with fast delivery and exact order but now they make their name so don't even bother if they delivered wrong food. I'm their regular customer always instruct them to send HOT food and be careful don't send me wrong food. Last 3 to 4 orders were wrong & food is cold even i.m living with in 3 miles but i ignored as a loyal customer understanding this thing mistakes were made during peak hours but yesterday it's more worst. They delivered my food late and on top order was wrong and pizza is full of smell make me crazy. I ordered this cos its my nephews birthday and i was really embarrassed in front of whole family which is unacceptable. Its their habit now if you complaint they will give you some lame excuse that's it. Very very expensive. They increased their rate but not the same quality of food as used to be.

Updates 20/08/2021 May Allah forgive me, we should not say anything about food because we have to remember those people in the foreign countries we have hardly have one time food or very less. Anyway Alhamdullilah I have halal livelihood, so it's my right to update my recent experience with big chicken. As I said in the above previous update that big chicken increased the prices, but here I would say that today's order was not really really good. It felt like they sent yesterday food except Pidzza. They have sent chips which were very very hard looked like they microwaved the chips from yesterday and send them. I will never have food from big chicken again. They should have some shame for sending these type of food. I paid them money...

My order was cancelled despite payment having been made. Nobody can be reached by phone and I have not received a reply to my emails either. When I visited the store in person, I was assured that the amount would be refunded, but to date I have not received a refund. I don't understand why an amount is debited if the order cannot be fulfilled. According to the employee, the situation was overloaded, but why is it cancelled and still charged as if I had ordered? I will hand over all the relevant documents to my solicitor so that he can look into the matter. An absolute outrage! Never again!

*Update: Although the amount was refunded, I strongly advise against visiting this shop. My experience led to a lasting distrust of this...
