Have used regularly for years food is 2nd to none however didn't get past order stage today due to the attitude an poor customer service skills of the kid with the stutter that answered the phone. 1st time I rang he answered then carried on his conversation wiv member of staff then hung up. I called bak got engaged tone for 10 mins but I persevered as food is consistently good. Rang bak my battery went after placing my order my fault of course. Finally got thorough 4 him to do the same again discussing with another staff member about other customers poblems paying on card or cash or something then when I actually got his full attention An said I'd bin cut off an could he confirm my order sounded annoyed an was huffing an puffing he had 2 read it bak 2 me! I asked for the price on delivery, which I queried as it was more than I've paid previously only 4 him to exclaim 'sorry mam it's Saturday nyt it's busy I don't have time for this your making a big deal ova a pound!' Seriously is this kid for real I've bin struggling 2 get ure attention 2 place an order for half an hour now u havnt got time to explain the price 2 me ffs!!!! Ordered through deliveroo. The delivery was really quick and I was happy about it. I have just tasted the biriyani and there was no salt what so ever. It's not like the salt was less but it was 0. I ordered it at around 11:30 so may be the staff were closing down and it was done in a hurry. As I was about to call the restaurant for this to let them know, I got a steel wire kind of a thing in my mouth. When I called them up, the person who spoke on the phone said it could be something from the cleaning metal scrub. And he said he could send another biriyani tomorrow. Couldn't bring myself to order from here on my final attempt as they tried to scam me. Over the years I've had a few meals from here and now I will NOT ever order a Korma with the chicken just the sauce as the quality of the chicken Is very poor and is horrible and rubbery. So I attempted to order 2 nan breads and curry sauce plus Korma sauce an meat samosas and veggie samosas and was told it's £27 so I asked for a break down and I was told nan bread 2.40each so £4.80 and sauces £3 each so up to £10.80 now and then samosas £4 each making a grand total of £18.80 he then told me best price I can have it for is.. and at that point I said no thanks pal you have calculated this 10 times and still can't work it out.
