Greggs — Restaurant in Birmingham

Popped in to greggs at the Radleys on Thursday and asked if they would prepare an order for me for the following morning for my work place and they took my list off me with all the orders on and said it would be ready by 7.20 am the following day. When I got there on Friday morning it was ready for me all I had to do was pay for it. The ladies who work there are amazing, nothing is too much for them and I would highly recommend if you want a greggs go to The Radleys, the ladies are polite and helpful and nothing is to much for them, thanks...

Whenever i order a bake the member of staff is more than happy to serve it irrespective if its cold. Surely as a customer I should be informed it's stone cold? As a result I always ask if it's cold and 9/10 times it's cold. Makes one ask why are they selling cold bakes and not informing the customer prior to purchase? To top that they charge full price!

Great for a quick snack sometimes. I enjoy a hot pasty. I don't expect to walk in to a freshly made bakery and the hot food is being offered cold. Chip shops have hotter food than them. However, catch them at the right time and the hot pasties amd sausage rolls are delicious. Sandwiches and baguettes tasty and fresh. Good selection of soft drinks too.
