I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Firstly my mom went here to have her hair done and was pressured into having everything done so eventually came out with her hair, nails toenails and eyebrows done, but my mom said how good the lady was at doing eyebrows, so my mom brought me a voucher for there for my birthday, so The first time I went there the lady that done my eyebrows charged me £6 when on the leaflets it’s £5 but couldn’t complain how she did them as she did them perfect! Then when I go in the second time I was told the lady that does the eyebrows was off sick and told me to go back the next day at 10am which I did and yep the lady wasn’t in again they didn’t even have the decency to ring me and cancel my appointment, so I had the manager of the place do them but said she could only wax them well biggest mistake of my life she left me with bold patches in my eyebrows and loads of hair still underneath I told her how unhappy I was with them and all she had to say was they looked better and much tidier! When I asked what she would do to sort the bold patches in my eyebrows she replies she could fill them in with pencil 🤣 I said what’s the point when I come to wash my face it will come off then she said she would tint them but which I would have to pay for! For some reason I didn’t learn my lesson and went in for the third time hoping the lady I seen the first time would be there but she wasn’t I was told she had left and they had a new lady I was hesitant to get them done but she did an amazing job and was really professional so yesterday I called to book an appointment with the eyebrow lady to be told she had also left and got offered to see the ‘manager’ who previously left me with bold patches in my eyebrows and I told the girl on the phone I would rather not. So I went down to the salon and asked for the money back on my remaining balance of my voucher but the manager said no it’s against her policy when asked to see her policy she wouldn’t show me I told her I wouldn’t be going back and would warn other never to go there but she didn’t seem to care! So if I could give anyone any advice DO NOT GO HERE!!! Manager is unprofessional, pressures you into having treatments, shocking at eyebrows and can’t hold...

I visited Vogue Beauty today for the first time, when I booked my appointment I asked what the price would be for the treatment I had booked I was told it would be £35 but when I went to pay they tried to charge me £50 when I queried the price she eventually went to double check with her mother and came back saying it was actually £45 again when I explained that I had been told it would be £35 she just shrugged and said it was £45 Won’t be going...

Went to go get my eyebrows threaded here. Really lovely and friendly lady, for the first time I was asked how I would like my eyebrows doing and she then proceeded to shape them but the little things like putting a hair towel on me, wiping my face of the little hairs made it feel luxurious. Prices are the same as the other salons/stands in the area. But I feel you get more for your money here in the way you...
