I am a frequent customer to your store with my husband and daughter I am writing to explain my gratitude towards the staff. Always friendly and helpful

However, I just want to make sure the young man there gets the praise the most! He is always whizzing around to make sure the tables are clear and kept on top off- I’ve mever see any of the other staff be as fast and careful and frequent as him, I believe he is the one who keeps the store tidy in that sense.

Even when he is serving he is fast and efficient and we are hardly in the queue for long. Although the other staff are good, some of them are really slow and it often feels like I am in the queue forever and when they do serve me they have an attitude or are very slow! There is no place for this in customer service jobs and it just feels rude.

I have also noticed that the place is a shambles when there are certain people working, something which I notice as i am a frequent customer

Despite this, I will keep returning because I like the coffee, but I do believe that the young man is a true support and his being there is an absolute credit to the store and I think he may be a little undervalued.

That being said I do appreciate the girls also but some of them need give the young man a break...

would give 0 stars if i could, ordered via uber eats will not be using again. Ordered 4 cookies which came to a price of £8.80 which 3 of them was frozen, ordered a cinnamon swirl and got a cold hard crossiant (which the person I rang to speak to tells me she added a not to bag) which she didn't as seen below. regards to the tuna melt panini, hardly any filling so u feel like u just eating the bread. order of over £21 for delivery home and not even nice enough to eat. will definitely be avoiding this shop, as I normally go to the sutton centre and they are good . p.s white shine on cookie where it is still frozen. came as a pack of 3 still frozen. when speaking to the so called manager was told to leave them out for a but and they will defrost. like are you kidding me? ...

Hi, I attended this cafe on Saturday afternoon for a latte and cake with my husband. The cafe is dog friendly. However, there was a male customer stood behind me and was holding his dog in his arms. The staff member decided to pet the dog and then continue serving food. She pet the dog a few times whilst she was handling food. Which I found absolutely disgusting. She did not wash her hands or even attempt to. There was no consideration of hygiene or sanitation. This put me off placing an order and I intentionally waited for the next member of staff to serve me. Not everyone wants hairs in their food, especially when they are out and paying for the food. Perhaps some training on hygiene and courtesy...
