Caspian Pizza — Restaurant in Birmingham

So I walked in to this place hoping to get a nice dinner I was hungry and i was craving a nice cheese pizza as I walked in the guy at the counter was just sat there talking to his Freind and his ignored me for about 4 minutes and then when he came to take my order I looked at the menu to only find out that half the prices are Missing and when I asked him how much a cheese pizza was he said to me “what are you blind the menu’s here” I was in shock! so I just asked if I could get a burger and when I went to pay my card declined 2 times and then it accepted on the third time. So I asked him how long it would take and he said about 4 minutes so I went to sit down and that’s where I waited a good hour literally an HOUR!! I was so hungry and annoyed so when he gave me the food I asked for an extra sauce and he said NO!! I was so angry so I left and went home to only realise that I was CHARGED 3 TIMES!!! This was outrageous!!. In the morning I woke up sick I had a stomach bug and food poisoning I couldn’t sleep all night I was SICK!! I there up 3 TIMES!! This is a bad place DONT GO THERE ITS BAD OILEY FOOD I do not recommend this place don’t trust it what I would recommend is to just save up a bit and go to a fancy restaurant anything’s better than this place TAKE MY WORD ITS...

I recently visited this pizza shop, and my experience was very disappointing. When I placed my order, I was informed at the time of payment that they only accept cash. This was inconvenient, as I had to change my order to accommodate their payment policy.

To make matters worse, the cashier seemed visibly unhappy about the situation and began giving me attitude, even though I had to adjust my order due to their lack of card payment options.
