I recently visited this chiawala and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. Despite the posted closing time being 22:00, I arrived at 21:30 only to be refused service by the staff. This inconsistency left me disappointed and inconvenienced.

While I understand that employees may start closing procedures before the official closing time, it's essential for the advertised hours to be honored. Great service and food. I like their karak chai and cheese lamb wraps. I go there quite often for meetings and such and there's no loud music and has a great atmosphere if you want to do some work even. The staff (and manager if you run into him) are very friendly. It's on the pricier side for the area - parly because of the quality and partly for the chaiwalla brand.

I see some reviews roasting the service and saying the staff just asking for order and not initiating small talk ... they're probably in between orders ... and even if they weren't, this is a tea shop not a therapy office. I don’t usually leave reviews but this has happened multiple times staff are very unprofessional.I was very disappointed I ordered Food at 10:05 and there was no customers just me staff told me it would take 5 minutes-and came back 15 minutes later and still not done. Staff simply ignored me and didn’t apologise for the wait and she was just on her phone making a phone call and told the other staff member to make the food.
