One of the best Costa branches in Birmingham. It also offers drive-through facilities. Plus there is ample parking outside. The interior is nice and spacious with tables and chairs. It is well-lit, ventilated and heated, making It an ideal place to work or study with a hot beverage. The staff are very helpful especially Alex, who is a very skilled barista who makes great-tasting hot drinks and lattes. He is an exceptional member of the Costa Team, who always tries to go above and beyond by being kind, courteous and considerate. I love coming to this branch and always will thanks to the love and great service I have received from the staff here.

You don't except to go though a drive thru and come out with damage to your car. They are not Evan willing to help me in getting the damage repaired. I've spoken to the manager Paul and he said that he would contact customer service so I can get the repair sorted. Its been a week now and I've heard nothing from him and have tried ringing the costa coffee serval times and no one has bothered to answer the phone!! So it looks like I will have to pay for the damage myself I will not be using this drive thru again nor will I recommend it to others.
