Sunday 27/2/2022 wish could rate minus or zero bought burgers and strips , took more than 30 mint to get half of the stuff half had to cancel due to bad quality of strips , staff had non strips he sliced one drip and made 2 when asked him about his wrong practice became rude. Avoided hard conversation and asked for strips refund staff does not know how to process refund on the card as paid by card 🤔, front curly hair young man rude and useless. Complete let down bad service bad quality food do not know how that biz owner could be so blind about his business. Willl never go back stay away

Thank you for your detailed response. Your staff not providing you full detail. Indeed when he packed strips he was asking cooking person/ self made chef for strips but no luck , same time chef took more strips from hot plate and used for panini hence curly hair rude staff made 8 strips out of 5 strips to get rid of me while I was waiting and watching When I packed I requested him you can not do this and raised concerns when he completely denied I had no option but to open the box and showed him strips size of nuggets and refused to take strips only.

Re time , I can understand during busy time could face delays but at your store more less every week new untrained staff and they do not know what to do also delays are common even during not busy time!! Least in my experience.

Re refund. How is that possible partial refund can not be done on the card I am running business my self and we do refunds on daily basis regardless partial or full. I am available to show your staff how to do partial refund on the card. Please feel free to contact me

Lastly , my humble suggestion rather wasting your energies to defend your staff train them to avoid such bad experiences. I wrote this review after many more weeks bad experiences as used to visit your store 2 to 3 times a week but really shame will...

I would like to share my experience with you about Dixy chicken Stratford Road. I ordered 3 peri peri chickens with fries which was £5.99 for each so £17.97 never had bad food from here since I have been going there in the last 5 years but on this occasion I was given burnt chicken and mean burnt chicken, take look at the pictures. When I phoned to complain the person said this how to is made, I couldn't believe what was hearing I was livid I was about to go down there and give him a ear full but couldn't due to family and guests at home. After explaining the issue that he was putting public health at risk he quickly changed his tune and offered to replace the burnt chicken at 10pm when I bought the chicken at 7pm due to fact he did not have any pre cooked I said I will return the chicken the next day for a refund. I believe that there are new owners who have taken over and new staff from what I could see there was a kid cooking the chicken who I doubt had any experience in grilling food. Absolutely discuested with the place will never get food from there again. I have reported this to Birmingham environment...

I have come here expecting it to be as good as the kimgsheath branch. How wrong I was, the atmosphere was terrible as the tables were greesy and empty. The customer service was well received and food was well explained.

However when I got my order the nibblets were undercooked and dry blood could be seen on almost all my minnie legs and it was drenched in greasy hot oil.

The fries were undercooked as rather than being crispy in the outside and soft on the inside i got limp soggy on the outside and hard on the insider.

The only upside was the chicken burgers which were cooked however were not crispy nor had enough seasoning. The hashbrown on one of the burgers was hard and undercooked as well as had a funky smell too it.

Overall this place either needs to rethink that quality should be served or possible should pass the torch to some more competent in...
