I used to go here quite regularly... 2 weeks ago I was waiting to be served.. a customer had returned with a sweet mahal bag.. he was very polite with the staff by saying il let your customers leave before discussing the problem... the old guy dressed in a suit sevibg behind the counter.. told him.. take the number and call when management is here... the old guy behind the counter said what's wrong.. the customer showed him a maggot that came out of the sweet that he ordered... the young guy behind the counter sorted the customer in a professional manner.. but that had put me off this place!! The food was good.. but maggots coming out of the sweets show how much they actually care about hygiene.. and the rude old man should take his attitude bk to his house.. they have now lost valued custom from me and my family. .. ps.. always be clean when preparing or serving food. . He mentioned their samosas being the best in Birmingham so we bought some in good favour - he wasn't lying! They were the best I have ever tried! Crispy and full of meat inside.
