Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

I am extremely frustrated with the service from dixy chicken. I ordered my food over 2 hours ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, and there was no communication to explain the delay.

It's not just the wait time that's upsetting, but the complete lack of customer care. I understand delays happen, but to leave your customers hanging without any updates or apologies is beyond unacceptable.

I will not be ordering from this alum rock dixy again. Completely disappointing experience, But they did answer phone calls, kept giving an estimated time but still wasnt met.

There were kids waiting at home for the food, it wouldve been better if they didnt accept the order or after the first phonecall which was an hour later to cancel it but we were told it will be coming. Not very good customer service or time management at this branch, yes we do understand its a saturday evening and it gets busy, but im sure you have experienced busy evenings before and you surely would know by now how to deal...

Absolutely disgusting staff. My son wnet after school with his friends to buy food from this place. They paid for their food and waited patiently. After half an hour of waiting my son and his friends asked where their food was. The staff a woman replied that they hadn't paid. My son and his friends assured they had paid and that she had made a mistake due to the rush at the shop. From there she became extremely rude telling them to shut up and that she would slap them. They asked her to check their cctv which would prove they had paid. At first she said she would check the cctv and then said she didn't want to. After arguing for over an hour and my son having called me and me speaking to this rude staff they finally gave the kids their food that they had paid for. During the call this female staff was extremely rude to me also. I will not let my son eat their again and I won't be ordering form their either. Worst dixy ever came here yesterday brought stuff for the family for Ramadan since they had offers on the chicken wings weren't even chicken wings I don't know what they were it was just plain chicken with no batter on hence why I think they were doing 30 wings for £10 the mini fillet burgers are terrible they are really small compared to other dixys they cut the chicken strip in half and then put it in the burger the fries taste terrible they were old and dry the workers don't seem to understand English properly and they charge for sauces that taste terrible the shop I don't know how it's still running must be a cover up business for money laundering since it's still owned by the same owner who used to own chicken max and got arrested for money laundering but it seems to me his back at it again ....... if you want to save your self from wasting money I would highly advise you to avoid coming here and instead go to better takeaways like Sam and Harrys...
