Whilst visiting Birmingham from London recently, I stumbled across “Peppers City Takeout”, Situated at 233-235 Alum Rock Rd, Birmingham, B8 3BH
I visited this establishment and:
I was imprsssed with the layout and decor of the eatery.
I was euphoric to see the staff looking very clean and tidy.
The menu items looked very desirable and tantalising.
The waiting time was immaculate as the food arrived promptly, hot and was excucated very highly professionally.
The food tasted amazingly good flourishing with great flavours and a unique palatable presentation.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Ali, Tariq and Tahir.
• Ali was a warm, friendly, polite, professional individual who certainly is an asset to this establishment...!
I enjoyed the food and experience so much, that I once again to this establishment the next day with another friend, who too thoroughly enjoyed my recommendation...!
I highly recommend anyone living in Birmingham or nearby and/or visiting the area to pop in and experience the desirable food and ambiance of this fine eatery.
Well done everyone at Peppers City Takeout for making my visit a great unique experience!

Read moreI recently visited Peppers in Lozzels, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I decided to eat in the shop, thinking that freshly cooked food would be the best option. However, I was quite disappointed with what I received.
First off, the food was cold. I ordered a burger, expecting it to be hot and juicy, but it was barely warm. It's really frustrating to sit in a restaurant and receive cold food when it's supposed to be freshly prepared. To make matters worse, the bun was hard and stale. It's like it had been sitting out for ages before being served to me.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a one-time mistake, but the overall quality of the food was just not up to par. The flavors were bland, and the cold temperature made it even less enjoyable. It's disappointing because I had heard good things about Peppers, but my experience was far from what I expected.
The service was okay, but that didn't make up for the poor quality of the food. Eating in the shop should have guaranteed a hot meal, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope they can improve their food quality and ensure that customers receive hot, fresh meals in the future. For now, I can't give more than 2 stars based on...
Read moreI had the full peri peri mango and lime chicken with spicy rice, fries, coke bottle and salad box . The price was well worth it around £12. The portion of fries, salad and rice was generous. The chicken was tender and moist. The flavour was to my liking and not to spicy. The chilli sauce went well with the chicken and fries. The chicken was a decent size and the whole meal would easily feed 2 adults and a child. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating was because the chicken skin could have been cooked longer to make it crisper and they could have added extra sauce to the chicken to make it that little bit better. Overall I would say this beats pepe's and Rio's, taste and price wise. The guys serving are polite and friendly which makes customers feel appreciated and most importantly they are not stingy with the portions!. I have had to amend my review and lower the rating to 3 stars simply because they are starting to become stingy with food, if you consider the cost of the food vs the portion size it's not worth it. Please go back to serving good size portions, your salad box has been reduced to the size of a small burger box and the rice box is...
