Apna Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Birmingham

DISGUSTING FOOD AND PROFESSIONAL THIEVES!!!!

They banned me from ordering for giving constructive criticism after all the times the pizzas have been burnt, freezing cold and had it delivered nearly 2 hours from placing the order. After complaining my pizza had bones in there; I was promised a free pizza on my next order from the manager. When it came to this, I kept being told the manager is not in and just avoided keeping to their word.

Anyways I place an order and left a note requesting to not burn the pizza and ensure fries are hot. By doing so I got a call off a private number soon after telling me management has decided to ban me from ordering ever again and have cancelled my order!?

I thought someone was pranking me - but they were actually serious. I questioned them as to why when I was simply leaving them constructive criticism as the pizza is always burnt. I've been a loyal customer for a number of years and would like my money's worth.

Instead of answering my questions they were simply passing the phone to one another with the same response 'management would no longer like you to place any orders'. Bunch of amateurs running a business with no clue what they're doing!! How they put their heads together to run this thing is beyond me.

Wish I could give less than 1* because they don't even deserve that.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I Was actually looking forward to this food after hearing good things about the pizzas, I placed an order and was waiting around an hour for the food to come, received an email after an hour saying my food was out side but when I went out there was no one there so I waited 15mins outside in the cold...still no food, the app didn’t even say the food had left the restaurant, an hour after the food was supposed to be delivered (2 hours after ordering) I finally got in touch with the restaurant to be told they “tried” delivery it twice so it’s tough now. I didn’t receive a call from the driver when they were outside even though I specifically put it in the notes as I live in an apartment block. Nice father who greeted me but son served me. I requested a peri peri burger with a extra fillet and what turned up was tandoori chicken thigh meat dripping wet bun soaked and the dry-est fries would give cardboard a run for its money. I immediately told the young man this is not what I ordered and he asked me what shall I do? I Do not like throwing food away as I am fortunate enough to be able to eat out however this establishment does not take any pride in its service, Understanding what’s on their own menu or english for that matter! No morals whatsoever I was charged £11.90 for this meal! Which is beyond belief! Shocking avoid this place and let it be known they are rip off merchants that will greet you...
