Real disappointed with this branch. The food was not on the same level as it's Ladypool Road branch.

I ordered a variety of different items from their first day limited menu.

The sauce was overloaded on the schezuan beef stir fry and killed off the salt and pepper chicken, the spicy chips stood no chance of bringing out any flavour and just like blue m&m's there were only a few spicy chips in my box.

Imagine searching for gold flakes in the ward end park pond you wouldn't expect to find any and that's what happened when I tried finding eggs in my egg fried rice, the rice by the way was mashed to smithereens, they decided to hold back on manchurian chicken sauce for some reason and he salt and pepper chicken was just bland and not crispy at all.

I'm sure on the menu it said crispy prawns so not sure why I got soggy bland undercooked with shell still attached prawns with my broken rice.

Will I go again not anytime soon, the food was just not on point and they simply chucked everything into one box not thinking about putting proper portions in of...

I’ve been a regular customer with Oodles for nearly three years. Twice I’ve had terrible experiences with their food which I called in about it somehow the customers at fault when they cook it. Riddle me that one. First incident I took sick. yesterday mine and my husbands food was full of lemon yet dry (when one comes with sauce) and the caramel chicken had no flavour whatsoever even the chicken was chewy I could of ate a steak quicker tried swallowing it and my life nearly ended. They say we can cook you some more but what’s the point when the first time I’ve paid for it the foods shocking. I will never eat from here again. This shop has had the biggest down fall ever and it used to be one of our favourite places to munch from we’d even have it 2/3 times a day (no joke) but my health and being alive is more important imo. Never ever complained once now twice...

This is one my favourite food places however, I'm so disappointed with the new upgrade they have now. There is now smaller boxes, only regular and large boxes to now choose from, extortionately increased prices, a large box is nearing to £12. They've gotten rid of popular food items that were on the menu. Where is the Singapore rice gone, it was a family favourite in my household? Feel like the food does not taste the same as well, I had egg fried rice in my box today and it was just plain rice with boiled egg pieces. The kung po chicken which is my favourite in the box, it tasted sweet. I used to order from here so often, at least 2-3 times a month but then the prices went up, then I started ordering once a month, now the prices have gone even higher and the boxes are smaller and the food is not tasting as good as it used to.
