Greggs — Restaurant in Birmingham

I work in this area since 2017 and I remembered the old Greggs that used to be here at that time.

The new layout looks fantastic, with the parking spaces around, that are well organised to the new location itself - where it's more spacious, tidy and clean (as it should be) and friendly members of staff.

I actually managed to edit the location, as it was moved further down on the opposite retail park!

Made a panoramic photograph of the inside location and one of the outside location and everything looks beautiful.

Warm, Well illuminated, Cousy and Confortabile I may say in few words, and yes, good product for the price value :)

This is the only Greggs I can reach on my break (9:30) as I have limited time to get back to work, and every time I go there, the pastries are cold or nothing left. Even if I ask, they will have a sarcastic answer as I know the answer! I used to use this store 5 days a week now. I stopped going there. I also used then everything as I will be changed shifts week on late week on early, same thing I get there 18:10 is everything off and whatever is there left for a day they don't even try to warm the food up for customers they say everything is off! Then why are you still open if you can't serve properly! They really need to fix their attitude. No one is forced to...

Terrible customer service. Asked for a caramel iced latte with an extra shot of caramel and I got a whole different drink. There was no caramel let alone the extra shot of caramel I paid for. Lady in the counter was rude to me but not to my friend. Also when giving me the drink she just slammed it on the counter and didn’t even look at me. Where as to my friend she gave it to his hand and told him to have a nice day. Won’t be coming back to this Greggs. This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I’ll be uploading the watered down...
