Eliana’s Brunch and Munch — Restaurant in Birmingham

atmosphere was nice we sat outside and we didn’t feel cramped at all, service was terrible, on a table opposite to us they took a plate back to the kitchen 3 times because they got it wrong, on that very same table they served half the food and the other half came 15 minutes later and the server still ended up forgetting a dish. he constantly had to keep asking what did they order is this right and on multiple occasions he brought food out just to turn back again and ask another server what the food was and who it was supposed to go to (keep in mind there were only 3 families there including ours) we waited 50 minutes to be served our food after ordering this is way too long of a wait time for the basic items we ordered. i waited 50 minutes for a lemonade and even then i had to get up and ask because it didn’t seem like it was coming. they have a lot more focus and priority on their uber eats and just eats customers rather than the customer in the shop we were practically forgotten about. food itself was pretty decent tbf but service ruined it for me and waiting 50mins for items that don’t take longer than 10 minutes to put together is a...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Brunch Experience at Eliana’s Brunch and Munch!

We had the pleasure of visiting Eliana’s Brunch and Munch today for a family breakfast, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the service was outstanding — the owner and all of his staff were attentive, friendly, and really looked after us. Thank you so much!!!

I ordered the smash burger, which was cooked to perfection with juicy, flavorful beef and a delicious combination of toppings. My wife opted for the chicken burger, which she absolutely loved — crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. Our kids all chose the French toast breakfast meal, and let me tell you, it was a hit! The French toast was light, fluffy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. We all ended up sampling each other’s dishes, and every bite was fantastic.

Overall, this was hands down one of the best brunch meals we’ve had out. The food arrived promptly, everything was fresh and made with care, and the portions were generous. We will definitely be back to enjoy another meal here soon. Highly recommend if you’re...

Food: chewy and burnt. I ordered Hott e munch, just tolerate the taste as we’re hungry and didn’t want to wait for another hour. Taste just OK. I have tasted better food and worth the price. Not this one. They definitely can’t cater bigger groups. Not worth the money. Paid £25 for 1 meal, 1 drink, birthday cake and bit of decoration. Cake was dry too.

Service: Not friendly but OK. They’re just overwhelmed with takeout orders. So dine in customers were neglected. Had to explain to them many times about payment. Lol what a palava!

Atmosphere: nice decorations, but limited space. It was freezing as the door doesn’t shut properly. Only tiny heater by the opposite corner. One of us had to make sure the is shut for that 2hrs. Awful. We kept our coat on all the time. Shame.

Overall spoiled our birthday party. Couldn’t wait to get out from there to warmer place. Couldn’t enjoy the food either because of burnt. Some food are nice but not mine.
