After reading reviews decided to order £56 worth of food, 3 starters which didn't fill the hole in your tooth. At £3.50 for each starter ended up with 2 tiny veg samosas(not crispy tasted like supermarket ones) and 2 portions of shish kebabs which were anaemic and wasn't cooked properly ( didn't eat as didn't want to risk having food poisoning) A portion of onion bhaji which was 2 small flat and rubbery.
Ordered 2 chicken bhuna and one came as a cauliflower bhuna not worth nearly £7 each main. The pilou rice was stodgy with yellow food colouring. Read moreSuch a disappointment 😣. This has been a great restaurant for years. Always visit it, when we are in Birmingham arranging to. Always great food, good service in a pleasant environment. Unfortunately our latest visit was probably our last. The decor has changed and looks like a job lot without character. The food was poorly flavoured, non of it tasted as if the ingredients had been cooked together, more like things were added last minute to a mediocre sauce. The chicken was dry and flavourless, the naan bread, thin and hard.
