I had an amazing experience at Kravings!🥰🩷 This charming spot truly knows how to satisfy your craving for delicious food. The desserts are absolutely delightful—rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it's their waffles, cakes, or creamy ice creams, each bite is a treat. The burgers are equally fantastic—juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with fresh ingredients that make every bite memorable. I visited with my family, so we had multiple orders to taste . Personally, i liked pistachio milk cake, which was wonderful. The presentations of the drinks were lovely, and the taste was more than that. Their waffles were also very delicious. What really made my visit special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure you had the best experience. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I had the pleasure of being served by Novina, and she truly made my experience at Kravings Special. She was attentive and genuinely friendly, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Novina's cheerful attitude and excellent service added a lovely touch to my time there. It's clear she cares about providing a great experience for customers, and her positive energy definitely enhanced my overall visit. I highly appreciate her hospitality and dedication.👍🏻

'Best Milkshake Ever'

We were visiting relatives in the area and I wanted a good dessert place to take my 2 nieces and came across Kravings as a highly rated place.

It was early Tuesday evening with busy traffic, hampered by roadworks and temporary lights, but all this was overshadowed by the delicious desserts we encountered.

My nieces opted for Oreo milkshakes, each choosing a different size. Normally, their responses about food are lukewarm at best—a mere 'it's okay'. However, this time, to my utter amazement, they both burst out in excitement, proclaiming, 'This is the best milkshake I have ever had'. High praise indeed! Though I'm not a fervent milkshake enthusiast, I found it quite enjoyable myself.

Our culinary adventure didn't stop there. We savored the Ferroro Rush waffles, perfectly cooked to a crisp texture and harmoniously paired with luscious soft-scoop vanilla ice cream.

To conclude our feast, we indulged in the milk chocolate cookie. While gooey and brimming with chocolatey goodness, it was the least favored among our selections.

Absolutely awful! I usually don’t give bad reviews but I feel I have to. I ordered a smash burger 2 Pattie meal which cost £9, when it was served I noticed it was a normal cheese burger with a normal cheap frozen Pattie, not smashed at all! the bun was cold and hard, literally crumbled, when I raised it with one of the workers he said I know it’s not a smash burger as we have run out of it, so I said why didn’t you tell me! You just mis sold me food. The women at the counter tried to justify it instead of apologising, saying it’s a more expensive gourmet Pattie which it was clearly not! Just a cheap frozen Pattie which the worker later admitted. When I spoke to the person in charge a guy with tattoos on his arm, he wasn’t bothered just muttered something in his language.

I said if you not going to refund me at least give me a dessert on the house, the women literally put vanilla ice cream in a little pot with no sauce or sprinkles as a compensation! LOL
