Chicken wings ordered through online(j.e.) for family's dinner was a complete flop, since kids were too hungry we immediately opened the pack when delivered and found the chicken stinking like fried dry fish and lot of dark color(blood) portions were there. Foul taste when tasted just one piece !!! When reported to the branch immediately the man answered the call has replied arrogantly. Took it back personally to the outlet to make them understand about what we found but it was in wain because the person in charge was so arrogant !!!

Poorest customer service. Not even worth one star rating. Ignorant attitude of the shop in charge who seriously lacks manners and the management has to give proper "Customer service training" if they are concerned about their business and...

SHOCKING!!!! If i could give zero stars i would! We ordered 2 full chickens when the order got here we just had loads of legs chucked in a bag and all the chicken looked dry so we phoned up to explain our order was totally wrong and the man who answered the phone was so rude when we asked to speak to someone else he said no! Then when we asked for a refund he hung up then never answered the phone again! We have used other dixy chickens and never had a problem with our food or service but the shop we will never use again! Anyone else looking to use this shop DONT DO IT dont be fouled by Hassans regular 5 star reviews on here clearly a staff member or shop manager trying to make the place look good. I would highly recommend dixy chicken...

Avoid at all cost, guy who owns n works there, is full of discrimination & also was very offensive in ramadhan due to his staff being polite to me while I had a few, he took that offended why his staff would be polite to people who have drank in ramadhan month, was in on Saturday, same thing occured, he finds things funny & also holds a grin while looking at other customers when you are polite, taking kindness for a weakness n politeness towards him is a submission of fear towards him.. please avoid I wil be making an official complaint to the right authorities for disability n discrimination act.. he shouldn’t be serving public.. his foods soggy, nasty n cheap my reason for going is was for coated wings which he simply advertises wrong.....
