I was visiting Birmingam for the weekend and went to this Shisha Lounge. Upon arrival to find out there's a £10 charge to just walk thru the door. It's not a nightclub so not sure what justify the charge and plus it's Birmingham not even Shisha lounges in London charge entry. We went in and the staff member try to squeeze 4 of us between two tables, thankfully the people sitting their refused. He then moved onto a booth area that had a sofa on each side. He asked the men who was dancing on the sofas to move to the other side and for 4 of us to sit opposite them on another sofa. I'm not sure this place gets that when you go to these places with friends and family is to see their face and not other people and it was very awkward for me as a female to sit across these random men. We left the shisha lounge without ordering and asked for a refund of the £10, however both the owners and bouncers denied a refund saying you walked thru that door now so no refunds. I am intrigued if there is any policy on if these places can just take your money without providing an actual service? Research for me I wasn't willing to just throw money down the drain so went back in and asked for a proper table. The owner was to busy dancing and having shisha himself so dealing with a customer's complaint was to much for him. it literally felt like tough it's your problem not mine A waiter offered us to sit upstairs, I said that was fine provided we are not sharing with anyone else. We got a table upstairs which had liquid all over the floor and not properly cleaned up after a breakage. There was glass all over the floor which is clearly health and safety alert right there. The table hadn't been cleaned. I asked 3 times to clean the table and in the end said bring me tissue and il clean it myself. Still didn't get any tissue. Tip to the owner I know I'm probably one person out of the lots that visit but if you really care about your business start of with the people who give you...
Read moreShisha Lounge is an absolute gem in the heart of the city, and it’s a place that never fails to leave a lasting impression. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it was a truly remarkable experience that I can’t help but rave about.
First and foremost, let’s talk about the food. It’s not just a meal; it’s a culinary journey. Each dish on the menu is a work of art, both in terms of presentation and flavor. From the perfectly seasoned appetizers to the mouthwatering main courses and decadent desserts, every bite is a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication to quality. But what truly sets Shisha Lounge apart is the ambiance and live entertainment. The lounge exudes an inviting and cozy atmosphere, making it the ideal place to unwind with friends or enjoy a romantic dinner. The dimmed lighting and comfortable seating create an intimate setting that enhances the overall dining experience.
Now, let’s talk about the live entertainment, which is the cherry on top of an already delightful experience. The singers who perform here are exceptionally talented. Their melodious voices and captivating performances add a layer of enchantment to the evening, turning it into a magical affair. It’s not just a meal; it’s a sensory journey that engages not only your taste buds but also your ears and emotions.

Read moreWorst customer service ever experienced. Three of us went here for drinks and Sisha all the way from Nottingham, as we entered around 7pm the place was almost empty and we were told to seat anywhere we want. So we choose sofa seats, just after the 5 min one of the staff came and told us to take smaller table (with really uncomfortable chairs)since that was table for 6, we understood it was only three of us so we moved to the smaller table but guess what the restaurant was empty through out the time we were there for 2 hrs, so what is the point you disappoint your customers while the empty tables are giving you no bills? After going through the menu we ordered couple of shish for around £17 each and 3 drinks which were £4 to£6 and as soon as we ordered we were asked to pay but the bill was above £60,it definitely didn’t look right. And asked one of the staff to explain and we were told they are in the process of updating the menu and the price are not updated so basically the drink we ordered was charged £12-14, one of the staff went to check with the manager (whom we never saw)and he brought a pound change and put it on the table saying they only over charged amount which we tip him (for the disaster)but everything was changed per menu, while we showed the menu and he said the price in the menu are not upto date so he blamed the staff who took our order for not explaining but didn’t get even sorry for misleading us. The ambiance itself is nice for pictures and all but they better put some money and effort to train their staffs rather than only to the fancy...
