Awful customer service !

I have ordered a few times from this place the last couple of times I have thought it was strange that my order got cancelled to which I received a phone call to say don't worry there has been a problem with my machine but your order is still okay.

Today I have just ordered waited 30minutes and called as it hasn't been confirmed, the guy said our machines aren't on so we haven't seen your order we don't turn our machines on (the last 2 times when I paid cash there machines weren't on but did see pur order but it was easy to cancel so they could) this time I paid via card so clearly they couldn't cancel it.

Clearly they are trying to get out of paying the just eat charges by cancelling orders where they can (£95 order)

I dont go direct as I get cashback with ordering with just eat so I want to order this way.

The guy was very rude and dismissive on the phone and just told me to wait and see what happens !!?? I have 2 children to feed I cant really wait and see what happens.

Very unsatisfied with my experience with this restaurant. The staff even though they were polite, weren't helpful. I ordered a cheese burger which should have come with salad, it hasn't. Two fajitas that I've ordered for me and my partner were extremely spicy and nowhere on Just Eat did it mention how spicy they are going to be. The staff kept using an excuse that I should know to leave a note about spice. The trouble is, the other meals on the just eat menu have a spicy icon next to them, so because the meals I ordered didn't have a symbol to indicate they're spicy me and my partner both assumed they weren't spicy. I drove to the restaurant and left the two fajita meals at the counter. Any other restaurant that I've dealt with would have offered me another meal for free, unfortunately this restaurant doesn't have the same standards as other places do, so they are happy to accept the money, but not happy to help. Never ordering from this place again and will definitely steer people...

Been here twice now because usually by us, i literally get 4-6 prawns in a portion but here, the prawns came and i literally couldn't believe it, the picture doesnt do justice to the size.

It must of had 20 prawns on and been somewhere around the length of my forearm!.. I normally eat loads but both times here i have struggled to finish those prawns because theres so many and comes with 6 little tortilla wraps too!

Staff are super friendly and accommodating, the food I feel is amazing value for money because of quality and portions, and the taste is to die for.

Only thing i think could improve it, which isnt a criticism tbh, is to have a larger variety of drinks, including flat options, and some bigger/cheaper options like a jug of squash or a pint of juice.
