Mandi House — Restaurant in Birmingham

مطعم و موظفين سيئين جدًا لا أسلوب ولا دقة بالمواعيد One of the worst restaurants!! Very rude employees and impolite, i ordered from them and my order was very late When i called to check where my order is, the guy impolitely said “check when did you send the location”, and i sent it right on time and gave him the postal code of my apartment when i ordered by phone! And when I negotiated him about why the order is late he screamed saying do you want your order or should i cancel it?

So He had the audacity to blame me that my order is late, knowingly i made my order at 6:24, sent the location at 6:32 and called them at 7:36 .. the delivery costs £10 which is way too much, nevertheless i was ready to pay but being 70 minutes late and yet my order was still not out for delivery and replying in a very rude manner and threatening to cancel my order is definitely not acceptable! Very poor experience. Food was below average, salad in my chicken shawarma platter was old and browning. The portion itself seemed stingy. Neither my husband nor I enjoyed the shawarma however, he did enjoy his lamb mandi. Interior is strange; dark and cramped and the service is beyond awful. Rude staff aside from the gentleman that welcomed us in, who was covering for someone else and apologised on behalf of the owner?, who was irritable when confirming the price of part of our meal. The hygiene is also questionable as I found a hair in my hummus and while I appreciate this is out of the restaurant’s control, a young man seemed to help himself to my fries while his mother was paying at the till. Completely ruined the entire meal which wasn’t enjoyable to begin...

Really bad food they gave me food poisoning I felt sick 5 times after eating their food I wouldn't advise eating here at all they served me food two minutes after waiting and the rice felt really out dated and the meat was dry. A good mandi takes a good while to make fresh and the meat is boiled and steamed fresh these guys don't know what mandi really is. I seriously wouldn't advise eating here at all. I had a really bad experience eating here I would advise that nobody eats here for your own health and safety. I know what a good mandi is after eating it in dubai countless times these guys haven't a clue what mandi is and just serve you anything that is left over from the last night. Seriously bad food take my advise and stay away...
