Tonight I went to the branch to order the following
2x 20 nugget boxes 4 medium fries 3 hamburgers 2 double cheese burgers 4 cokes
The order I was given was 2 x 20 nuggets 2 medium fries 3 cheese burgers 2 double cheese burgers 4 cokes
As myself and my daughter had to drive back we left my other family members with their food and we returned the 3 cheese burgers as that was incorrect and we also returned 1 double cheese burger and 1 of the 20 nuggets as our food was going to go cold whilst we did the return .
We were greeted by an incredibly rude young lady who had an attitude from the onset .
She replaced the cheese burgers for hamburgers and gave us a new box of nuggets and a double cheese burger but refused to give us the 2 missing fries as she said we’d need to return the whole order to get the fries back . I explained that we were missing two fries so how could we bring back something that we hadn’t received . Her reply was that she will not give us the fries without the whole order being returned even though said fries were missing .
She made us then pay again for the two missing fries .
I paid 99p for cheese burgers that I didn’t order and they were replaced with the 3x 89p hamburgers to which I was refused a refund . I’m not bothered about the money it’s more the principal, that she made me pay again for 2 fries that I’d already paid for but then wouldn’t refund me for the money that I’d paid for the cheeses burgers which should have been hamburgers.
One of the girls that I spoke to was the shift manager and then there was another girl also at the window that said it was our own fault for not bringing back the whole order .... why would we bring back and waste the food that was correct ... surely that is not cost effective to your business . And even if we did bring back the whole order, would she still say that she wouldn’t replace the fries that were missing because they was not in the bag . Is she going to cover the cost of my fuel at having to return to mcdonalds to rectify the order ?
Honestly we did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience. I’m honestly shocked that such a big company would have such ridiculous rules in place and as I said before it’s not very cost effective if you want the whole order returning when it was only...

Iv never left a review before but iv just set up an account specifically for this, iv never had a good experience with this restaurant but this time was by far the worst and I’m absolutely disgusted and honestly if I could leave a no star review I would.
So I ordered via the app for click and serve my order consisted of a happy meal, two large double quarter pounder meals and three apple pies
After waiting in there car park quite literally counting the rats scurrying between cars for over half an hour it eventually came out with the server more or less throwing it through the window at me being extremely rude
I then headed home too eat upon arrival I opened the food to find;
both the burgers like card being badly burned on one side and still moist on the other (I’m pretty sure they were only cooked on one side), the buns stale and freezing cold
Keep in mind they were large meals the fries were both less than a third full , soggy , all discoloured and covered in lots of little black dots (so I’m guessing the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time)
The chicken nuggets with the happy meal were rock hard to the extent I struggled to break them in half
The drinks were meant to be Coca Cola original but we’re just brown water (no carbonation and no flavour) we’re under half way full and had no ice
The apple pies were all soggy and one had ice still in the middle
My son is a toddler with disabilities and this is his weekly treat after his longest physio session and he couldn’t even have it today because I was that worried it would make him ill, he has to adhere to a strict routine otherwise he can’t sleep at night so it wasn’t possible for me to go back there today
Iv tried to call the restaurant multiple times but as always the phone just gets ignored
I also contacted someone via the live chat on the app but the guy just ended the conversation while I was mid sentence.
Honestly I don’t understand how this place is still open I dread to think what the hygiene rating is, I’m scared to look , first thing in the morning I will be contacting the local council to report the place and will be posting pictures of social media of...
Read moreI went through the drive thru last night around 7 o'clock ordered my food as per normal. I got told to wait in bay 3. They passed me my drinks and latte. The latte wasn't for me but for someone at home. I waited for 15mins the latte went cold so I got out and went over to the counter. I said to them my latte has gone cold now I have been waiting for 15mins can you bring the latte with my food. They agreed. I waited a further 5mins in my car to be brought out a latte. I said I didn't want the latte until the food was done as it is not for me and I don't want it to go cold. The woman replied your order will be coming now I will just go and check for you. I waited a further 10 mins she did not come back and the food was no where to be seen. I got back out my car walked up to the counter for the 2nd time. I gave them back the latte and said how long is the food actually going to be. They asked me what's my order in which I couldn't believe after dealing with about 5 people and parking in bay 3 for 25mins they didn't have a clue. I told them it was a 24 pound order in which they found and said that it had been missed out due to shift change. So why did the girl tell me my order is on its way. Complete lie. I went back to my car waited a further 7 or 8 mins. I said I feel I should be issued a part refund or something to compensate me for the 40 minute wait. The manager Kieran came out to offer me two free desert's. This would be equivalent to 2 or three pounds when I have just spent 24 pound at the place. Joke to say the least. I said I think I should be issued something more than 2 or 3 pounds of desert's, he said ok the best I can offer you. One free meal and two desert's next time you come. This was not good costumer service at all. As the customer I have been completely scammed none of this was my fault and I was reasonable to say the least. I felt like saying give me back my money and keep the food but I has to take a hit on the chin and walk away with the free meal and two desert's because I was that hungry from waiting for my order and I had people waiting for the food back at home....
