Update 30-10-2022: Seems your customer service department is least concerned about complaints of your customers. Sent email per reply to following complaint but in vain till date. Your shop is charging 40p for a 2nd dip. Beyond understanding, small pizza come with 1 dip, medium and large also with one. See for yourself the quantity, size and the prices that you are charging. Toppings incomplete and most of the time swirl of garlic sauce is not there simply stating its finished. You people charge full amount of the product but least bothered to deliver the promised quatity and quality. Its "khiyanat" and "milawat" if you understand.
Am customer of this branch since 2018 but present team is not only rude but does not keep upto standards of professionalism and customer services.
Don't know if Mr. Sardar is still in management, if still there, shall look into himself as the present team is earning a bad name to this branch.

Read moreWorst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza via Deliveroo around 8:30pm - website said it would be delivered around 9:10pm.
9:20pm comes and I receive a call from Deliveroo (not the restaurant) who told me that their driver had not returned and so they wouldn’t be able to complete our order. During this time a refund came straight back into my account.
I thought I’d call the restaurant and see if the food was actually ready because I have a car and would’ve drove to fetch it.
Here is how the conversation went:
Me: Hey, I’m calling because we had a call to say you couldn’t deliver our food?
Gogo: Yeah we are really busy and our driver wasn’t going in your direction so we had to cancel.
Me: Oh? I was told that your driver didn’t return…but you’re saying something different?
Gogo: Yes we had to cancel.
Me: But why did you cancel our food after it’s estimated delivery time? We have waited an hour.
(For context, I used to manage restaurants so I was very polite as I understand the struggle).
Gogo: Well there’s no point arguing over it, we had to cancel.
Me: I’m not arguing with you - I just thought maybe you’d take some responsibility and apologise for the situation.
Gogo: We aren’t going to say sorry.
Me: Huh? Why not?

I especially like the hot dog stuffed crust as well as the many halal meat options they have available including salami, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham, meatballs. In fact, I think they are the only place I know of that provide so many halal meat options on their pizzas. I usually go for a pizza with pepperoni on it as it has a wonderful spiced flavour to it, that pizza also has vegetables which go along well with the meat. The sausage topping is another favourite of mine, the bacon and ham are a lot more meaty in taste and may not be for everyone. The tomato base is true to it's name and only has tomato with some seasonings unlike other pizza places which tend to ruin their tomato bases with strange combinations of spices.
