I usually order for take out during my lunch break but today I decided to eat in. Whether eating in or out, the food is always amazing!!! 👌😋 The variety of burgers 🍔 they offer are awesome but I also highly recommend any of the wraps too!!! 🌯 Finally, I'm very big on friendly, polite & professional customer service!!! The main/regular front house server is always happy, very well spoken and makes an effort to personally engage with ALL the customers. I was actually quite impressed with how many of the customers (not matter age, gender or ethnic origin) he knew or remembered their first names and previous orders. They are clearly doing a great job, so keep up the good work guys!!! 👍

Rio’s Peri Peri Lozells offers a quick and efficient takeaway service, even during busy hours, which is a plus. However, one downside is that they don’t accept card payments, though they conveniently have a free cash point inside. As for the food, the whole chicken platter is reasonably priced, and while the chicken itself is tasty, the wings were a bit overcooked and slightly burnt, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, the reasonable prices and flavorful chicken make it worth trying if you’re craving peri peri. A few improvements in cooking consistency could elevate the experience further.

HAIR 💇♂️🤮🤢 FOUND STUCK IN CHICKEN! This place and the people working behind it deserve no second chance. I found hair in the chicken and when i made the complaint, they connected me to three people in the row for like 20minutes and didn’t resolve the issue. The person on the other end asked me: Do I throw the homemade food if i found hair into it? Like do u even care what i do at home or don’t. I have paid plenty of amount to eat low standard food. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I’m sure just like the hygiene their taste as well sucks. Worst food tbh! Worst management tbh!

Went out with the whole family –that's 9 adults, 3 kids, and 4 babies – and we were all well looked after. The staff were dead friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The place had a proper nice atmosphere, especially for Muslim families, with nasheeds playing in the background. It felt really comforting and relaxed. But the food, that was the best part. Even with our massive order, it was ready in just 15 minutes, and it tasted amazing. If you're after a great meal with the family, you can't go wrong here. Top place!"

Excellent customer service. Quality Food. Restaurant has a nice decor and clean. It has a place where you can wash your hands. Food potion good. However very disappointed and shock with the additional price for cheese 40p (this not extra cheese). You cannot have a burger without cheese unless you have an allergy and a can 30p extra despite we are paying £6.99 which is alot for a burger meal. FAO Rio branch Lozells Manager. STOP IT. Charge ONLY if customer wants extra or reduce the price to £3.99 and then add on.

Ordered myself a Rio's Frango Double Fillet Burger Meal was very filling and tasted great, also got myself a Rio's El Burrito. Service was very helpful too since it was my first time there, plenty of seating spaces and toilet facilities. There is parking outside the shop but it can fill up. Also they do not sell Pepsi Max or Coca Cola (boycotts) they do have Barr Cola and others which is fine for me and im happy not to support Pepsi/Cola and other brands who support the ongoing genocide.
