Sammy's Chicken n Shakes — Restaurant in Birmingham

Was on route to go somewhere, popped in for quick on the go munch, ordered fillet wraps they were nice, Cod masala fish n naan, cod portion wss less for price but it was nice. Chicken fillet burger, huge breast, cold n dry. Complete fail. Atlantic burger which is fish fillet burger, it was over fried, due to the poor quality of fish fillet n coating, it had soaked all fried oil. Oil was penetrated in coating and also fish, inside fish colour was gone dark due to oil penetration it was the worse one i ever had. Half pounder cheese burger didn't had this grill taste, he said its grilled so i had to agree. I felt like cheese burgers were deep fried. As some shops do that. We had to go somewhere urgent so didn't bother with return and order something else. At the end gave guy feedback showed him fillet burger n fish filet. His face expressions were not as well coming, he offered more food but we ate what ever was fine n left thr shop. they need to work on these feedbacks so mentain customer...

Just received a big order for the family take out meal and sadly it was below par, the Chicken supreme Pizza didn't taste fresh believe it or not as the bread was hard and had a very yeasty scent and after taste to it, a couple of family members found some chicken gristle too, the chicken burger was unfortunately very hard so that was thrown away, the chicken salad looked like it was made using yesterday's salad - takeaway or not presentation still matters.

Understand thats its still a new establishment but it would be worth taking that extra bit of time with the quality, will try...
