Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

So I’ve tried this place twice. Order ahead on the app and the first time on collection I had to wait for 2 other customers to be served and then mine was made. Filling amount was poor and just didn’t taste fresh. I also had a free cookie to redeem but there is no signal for EE and it wouldn’t activate and I was told there is no free WiFi to connect to so I lost that reward as it was a 1 day thing. Today I thought to give them another try this time I ordered on the app 30mins ahead. This time the sandwich was sat ready for collection. But only to find the bread rock hard and dry from toasting (I get the impression the sandwich was made 30mins before picking up this time) and filling poor with very little lettuce etc. it was like a breadstick with spicy sauce on it. I don’t know if I will ever come here again, the staff are friendly and the shop looks clean but I just don’t want to spend £8+ on these rubbish...

They are soo stingy with thier protein measures. 2 shallow scopes of tuna, most of which she smeared on the side of the tub to ensure not a single flake of extra tuna went above the scope. After reading other people reviews about the same issue, I'm glad I'm not going mad and being picky but it's clearly a issue here at...

Ordered an uber eats as a treat. Extremely disappointed! Sandwiches were thrown together and incorrect from the order made. When calling to advise the person the phone was Extremely rude and unhelpful, hung up on me twice and my issue of a terrible dinner was unresolved. I will not be using this subway...
